I have entirely re-written RenumKiCadPCB into c++ and made it into a GUI (Windows-like) program. All the source files as well as build instructions and a Windows 10 installation file (RenumKiCadPCB.msi) can be found at https://github.com/BrianAtDocumentedDesigns/RenumKiCadPCB0400
I also added a few features and fixed a number of bugs.

Documented Designs 
I keep getting errors using RenumPCB. Tried with the latest 0.400 and it is still the same. Am I doing something wrong or what?

It is rare to have an issue but bugs to show up from time to time. Usually it is something unusual in the design files. It looks like these are netlist related as I update the schematic, PCB, and netlist. I suspect your netlist is “out of sync” with the PCB or schematic. Can you try generate a netlist, make sure it imports into the PCB, and try again?
If that doesn’t work, if you are OK with sharing your design I can have a look at it and either tell you what is wrong or fix the code assuming there is a bug.

Tried updating the netlist same problem. It does it with all KICAD files even the example ones.
I did sent you a link for the file earlier anyway, but using WeTransfer.
